The target audience of these lectures are employees and diploma students of the department of economics, and all interested employees and diploma students from other disciplines. Furthermore, interested students and participants from outside the university are cordially invited.

In the Lunchtime Seminar of the Institute for Empirical Economic Research the employees of the Institute present their current research projects.
Ph.D. students and employees of other economic chairs are cordially invited to participate.
In the Paper-Seminar empirically-based papers are discussed by employees of the Institute for Empirical Economic Research. The 'Lunchtime Seminar' focuses on presentation and discussion of the basic ideas, whereas the Paper-Seminar supports writing and publication of scientific articles.
